I checked sample packs on Loopmasters for Techno, and I’m bringing you 15 of the best I’ve found. There will be packs for various subgenres. However, I didn’t add any melodic techno pack because I didn’t find any on LP.
Let’s go through the minimal, rave, deep, dub, and some other shades of techno.
Disclaimer: None of these sample packs were tested. I picked these products only based on the audio teaser (Which tells a lot), my intuition with buying previous packs, review rating, number of reviews, and whether the pack won awards.
13 Best Techno Sample Packs on Loopmasters 2026 (My Picks)

I like the neutral vibe of the teaser, where it’s not dark but also not too melodic, somewhere in between.
It seems to have solid techno-tailored synths, drums work as a whole, and there is a nice effect working in the background in various places. I like the part that starts at 1:32 with the background percussions and unique synth/arp at 1:47; it’s pretty cool! Also, I like the vibe from 0:31, with a typical techno atmosphere and mini progressions with cymbals and a little synth at the top to change things a bit; it’s simple and on point and adds variety to it.
The size isn’t big, though, but the fact that it has 5-star reviews + and an award tells something; I’m not saying it’s all in, but it’s just a thing to consider!

I like the modern sounds that the teaser comes with. Crispy percussions with some unique hats and some sound design elements.
Listening to the teaser, it seems that the pack has some well-tailored sounds that are minimal; not too many elements are included, though it sounds nice and full. What I like the most is the low-end part of the teaser, how well kick and bass work together without sounding detached.
Also, I like the part that starts at 2:33; percs sounds short and sweet and fits in the mix so well, which could be a sign of a good pack. The fact that it has 183 good reviews is also a thing to consider. It’s likely they purchased it based on the sound of the teaser, as it sounds delicate and focused. Or maybe a cover art.. who knows?

This pack covers the slower side of the techno.
When playing a teaser, you can hear nice, techy leads right from the start, with delicate claps on the top. Oh, now I hear some nice reverb work on the hats being done! You can basically hear that across the entire audio demo, but especially at 0:34 on these open hi-hats. I never used to comment on one-shot samples, but I like the clap so much that starts at 1:08; it’s really creamy, and if it’s me, I would check out Splice whether it’s not there and consider that clap to get to my library, pretty cool!
The second half of the teaser isn’t very convincing, but I like the atmo synth/pad that starts from 2:49. Again, the pack has a nice amount of good reviews, so I think it’s a box worth considering. Even though it has only about 500MB and the price is a bit higher for the size of it, I still think it’s a good pack.
In a nutshell, you’ll get:

Loopmasters Essential Minimal Techno
More Info, Audio Previews & Price

This pack has only a 1:42 minute-long teaser, but let’s check. I included it because it has a high number of 5-star reviews + it won the award, which is something.
The first impressions are good; I like the percussive pluck, which really makes that intro part + percs that start at 0:34; these sound great to techno. Also, bass/kick drum works well together; then there is a minimal hi-hat section that adds some variety to give you some idea of how it could develop. There is also some weird vocal phrase part, which I wouldn’t say I like much; then, the part from 1:21 seems good again, with some short sound design elements in the background.
Unfortunately, the size of the pack is not mentioned, but I guess it’s about 500/600MB, but it could differ.. in that case, the price would be a little higher for that size; anyway, as I said, it won the award, have good reviews, so it’s likely for a reason.. so, feel free to consider!

I chose this pack for a few reasons – it has a nice length of the teaser with a wide variety of sounds included, a nice amount of reviews, and finally, value/price.
The drums of the teaser aren’t the best on this list, but it compensates with the rest, things like percussive synths, analog basslines, and typical techno synths. Out of the drums, what I like the most are hi-hats and cymbals. I like the part from 1:02 onwards with the techy percussions as they keep playing for a while as the rest progresses.
Also, the part from 1:33 does something to me, maybe just because it consistently progresses and doesn’t stop and just keeps evolving. It’s a nice example of how you could progress some of these elements. It sounds like some types of sounds were just designed for the progressions, so you can keep it playing, and you never get bored of it.. or maybe you do at some point.
I noticed it’s not the same with every sound, but some sounds definitely have that ability, so you can literally play the entire track with that element from the intro to the end.. making minor adjustments to it and naturally evolving it, but in the end, it’s still the same sound..
But back to the pack, as I said in the intro, I see some value in it with 1GB+ of content and the price set at 35 euros. So if it has 500mb, half would be like 17,5 eur, while many packs that have 500mb charge close to 30 euros.
I would suggest listening to the teaser a few times and making your decision, but don’t forget to consider other packs on this list we will discuss.

Industrial Strength Techno

This pack reminds me of some tunes from the old NFS Underground 2 and also the old NFS Most Wanted (2005).
The drums seem smashed well, but it’s part of this subgenre, so it’s how it should be. I don’t think I like anything particular about the teaser; it seems it has consistency in the sounds and character and the power they come with. There is one element I like, though, starting at 3:33: that sizzle that goes with the kick. Is it still techno? Anyway, the rest is definitely!
One hundred twenty-three reviews is a nice number, and the pack is made by a good brand, so I think if you are into Industrial, definitely consider it!

UNDRGRND Junglist Rave Techno
More Info, Audio Previews & Price

I will mention this because I can forget.. the low end on this pack is just monstrous, bro! Basses, subs, analog feel, the focus and detail of how they are made, they don’t sound thin, yet they have focus and sound proud and loud.
Well, I didn’t know there was a Jungle kind of techno, but now I know.. and I like it! I listed this pack mainly due to awards + reviews, to be honest first, not about the sound of it. But now I heard, and you can too, that the bass range is pretty “in the face” and just sounds quality.
I like the part that starts at 3:19 with short bass variations and then (not sure if) develops or switches to the completely new thing at 3:32, but I like how drums fit well with the warm liquid dnb bass there. Honestly, the entire pack seems like a slow dnb, or maybe that’s just what the junglist rave techno is? Anyway, there are many nice sounds other than bass, like percussion loops with nice old-school leads/synths.
This pack is what I talked about. The price is higher for that 500MB range, but because you can judge based on the longer teaser, it’s just easier to know what’s inside and whether it has quality. I think it definitely has; that’s why it won award.
In a nutshell, you’ll get:

Another pack with won award and nice amount of reviews.
The teaser includes some nice minimal-taylored kicks, and great short/foley-like percussions. Plucky synths/bass sounds are on point as well. Also there is nice analog bass from 3:03 so there is a more of these in the pack, as these works great in minimal.
Part from 0:54 with minimal percussions is lovely, you can hear all these micro percussions playing together, same at 1:47. Then part from 3:17 sounds good interesting as well. If it’s me, I would buy this pack because of these percussive sounds, the creator put some good effort to it.
The price is higher but you get 1.8GB of content, so it seems justified. Lastly, consider reading more on the product page, there is a lot about it!

Freaky Loops: Fabric Techno

The teaser has just 2 minutes but I like it due its mature sound.
The sounds presented in the teaser sound balanced and transparent. Even though the size of the pack isn’t big, I believe this is more about quality than the size. Yes, the price is kinda higher, but I think it’s a nice suggestion to be mentioned on this list. There is a nice, rich sound on the low end, and despite no reviews yet, I like the confidence delivered through the sound.
This pack (Teaser) seems to be the most characteristic of Fabric techno style after checking various packs due to its distinctive synth and drum sounds. My advice would be to consider this pack when it’s on sale. Now I saw the price drop to 10 euros so for that price, I guess it would be worth it.
In a nutshell, you’ll get:
-

The cover art looks nice and techy; let’s hear what the teaser can offer!
This pack seems to be a nice and modern selection of techno samples. Size seems to be a bit low for the price, but maybe it’s more focused on quality than quantity. Sounds inside the teaser seem to have the potential to get nice and loud. I like the part from 0:47 when acid arp takes place; it sounds nice and warm. Hopefully, the entire pack has such an emphasis on that specific synth!
Pack is delivered by a good brand, so I think it’s worth considering.

This one seems to cover a more unique side of techno.
After listening to the pack, it feels like the entire pack is based on analog and classic synth sounds, which are mostly sequenced samples and percussive sounds. I love the sub with the bass that goes from 2:30; it’s pretty cool! The basslines of the pack in the entire teaser seem solid and ready for techno production. It also comes with some vocal shots to spice things up, though I’m not a big fan of these. The part from 2:30 has no shots and just sounds epic, though short.. Oh, and I also like the bass at 1:15 with that deep, warm bass on it.
The size is small, but so is the price, so I think if you are after basslines, it could be a good pack.

This pack only has one review, but it has nice energy and consistency in its teaser.
I’m not into this kind of techno, but it seems to be nice to have this one on the list to keep it diverse. But I like the part from 2:35, which slowly progresses and builds up with hi-hats, especially at 2:48; these hats sound good to me. The teaser itself tells you the pack should be mainly about the synth leads and hard basslines. For the value/price ratio, it seems justified.

Error 303: Acid Basslines
More Info, Audio Previews & Price

Even though the pack is focused on 303 basslines, the teaser has some solid drum loops as well.
These 303s sound gritty and analog with some nice filter modulation to make the progressions real. I also like the cymbals that start at 0:53; they sound really clear and fits in the mix.
Also, not that long ago, there was a new plugin being released by Arturia – Acid V. You should definitely check that out. It has so many new features built in to customize your 303s and make them stand out. You can also check it out here and try the demo.
Despite only three reviews, I think the pack has some great 303 basslines to offer.
